You can access our inflight entertainment system using your personal electronic device. Please note that our onboard network does not allow for navigation of the internet.

Connect to our inflight entertainment system to enjoy a wide selection of movies, TV shows, concerts, documentaries and games. No prior download is required.
After takeoff, and when the aircraft has reached full altitude, follow these easy steps to connect:
- Put your smart phone or tablet into airplane mode
- Activate your Wi-Fi and select the Air Transat¹ network
- Use one of the following three methods to connect to the inflight entertainment system:
- Scan the QR code displayed on the seat in front of you
- On the Air Transat app, go to the entertainment section, and click on ''Access entertainment''
- Open your web browser² and access our platform on airtransat.com
- Charge your electronic devices (telephone and/or tablet) before boarding as these aircraft do not have individual touch screens or USB ports
- Bring portable batteries if you plan to spend long periods of time watching audiovisual content during the flight (ensure your portable batteries conform to transport regulations)
- Download your favourite films or TV series onto your electronic devices before boarding
- Bring books or magazines as well
Note: The entertainment system is compatible with the following platforms versions or higher: iOS 10, Android V5, OS X 10.10 and Windows 8. ¹This Wi-Fi network only gives access to our inflight entertainment system. It is not possible to browse the Internet. ²Such as Safari, Firefox or Google Chrome. Not compatible with certain browsers, such as Explorer. This inflight entertainment system has content in both English and French.
